Welcome to JeekAI X (hereinafter referred to as "this APP"). These User Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as "User") and the operator of this APP (hereinafter referred to as "Operator").
Please read and fully understand these Terms before registering or using this APP. Once you register, log in, or use this APP, it shall be deemed that you have accepted all contents of these Terms.
The User represents and warrants that they have reached the age of 18 and possess full capacity for civil conduct at the time of registering and using this APP. If the User is under 18 years of age, please do not use this APP. The User shall bear all consequences resulting from false statements regarding age, and the Operator reserves the right to pursue legal liability against the User.
The User is required to register an account before using this APP and shall ensure that the registration information provided is true and accurate.
The User shall properly keep account and password information. Any losses caused by improper custody of the account or password shall be borne by the User.
The User shall not lend, transfer, or sell the account to any third party for use.
The Operator will only collect necessary User information for the purpose of realizing the functions of this APP, including but not limited to account registration information, device connection data, usage habit data, etc. The Operator will not collect the User's personally sensitive private information.
The Operator will adopt reasonable technical and management measures such as encryption and access control to protect the security of User information. Without the User's explicit consent, the Operator will not disclose the User's information to any third party, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
The User has the right to check and modify their personal information in this APP. If they need to delete relevant information, they can contact the Operator's customer service to apply, and the Operator will handle it within a reasonable period.
The User shall not use this APP to engage in any illegal or irregular activities, including but not limited to spreading illegal information, harassing others, infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests, etc.
The User shall not conduct reverse engineering, reverse compilation, cracking, or other operations on the programs and data of this APP, nor interfere with the normal operation of this APP.
The User shall respect others' intellectual property rights and personality rights and shall not publish content in this APP that infringes upon others' copyrights, portraits rights, reputation rights, or other legitimate rights and interests.
All intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets of this APP belong to the Operator. Without the written permission of the Operator, the User shall not use them without authorization (including but not limited to copying, spreading, displaying, adapting, etc.).
The intellectual property rights of original content created by the User in this APP (such as original dialogue content in AI chat) belong to the User, but the User grants the Operator the right to use such content within the scope of this APP.
If the User violates these Terms or relevant laws and regulations, resulting in losses to themselves or others, the User shall bear full responsibility.
The services of this APP may be temporarily interrupted or the service quality may decline due to technical failures, network problems, third-party attacks, etc. The Operator will make every effort to restore the services but shall not be liable for any losses caused thereby.
The Operator shall not be liable for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, wars, etc.).
The Operator has the right to modify these Terms in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business development needs. The modified Terms will be published on this APP and shall take effect from the date of publication. If the User has objections to the modified Terms, they may stop using this APP; if the User continues to use this APP, it shall be deemed that the User accepts the modified Terms.
These Terms shall take effect from the date when the User registers or uses this APP.
The User may apply to the Operator to cancel the account at any time and terminate the use of this APP's services. After the account is canceled, the Operator will delete the User's relevant information (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations).
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over the place where the Operator is located.
